Our History...
Mr. S. Ngwenya who is the founder of Pro-Active Approach Security and Cleaning Services and serving as the managing director of the company, It is the founder’s intention to protect and to serve the communities, to create jobs for the disadvantaged, and due to the reason that crimes are escalating, has pushed the founder to start his own company with intention to make difference in combating-crime within community and in our country as a whole.
Introduction and General Background
Pro-Active Approach Security and Cleaning Services is a well established guarding company based in Johannesburg. Mr. S. Ngwenya who is the only member, has been in the industry for a period of more than 20 years, and has been in all aspects of the security-field which are as following: (Guarding, Armed Response, Escorts, Armed-guarding, site supervision, Area- Supervision, Area Management, Operations Manager, cleaning and Fleet Management e.t.c.
Security Services Philosophy on Security
The owner of the company is personally involved and hands on in this business to ensure that each and every one of his clients is professionally
protected and happily looked after. The company is attributed to a policy of employing the best skilled security officers available on the industry
irrespective of race or sex. This is done by conducting pre-employment test and pre-employment screening which is done via PSIRA and S.A.P.S.
As security is a serious concern not only to formal business, but to all the beloveth people of South-African, Pro-Active Approach Security and Cleaning is playing a significant role in helping to address the situation by providing a professional solution to your security needs. therefore to insure that our company maintains the good standard of service, the management conducts daily site visits, site inspections, site training to all guards we are as well transparent to both our staff and to our clients, should there be any problem, concerns, grievances, and complaints, we always conduct further investigations and give the feedback in writing to the concerned client, “but we always insure this procedure is carried out in such a manner that it will be fair to both our company and the clients.

Private Security Industry Regulations Authority:
• All staff possesses the necessary training certificates from accredited training establishments and all staff wages are in line with the statutory wage requirements of the Sectoral Determination 6 for the Private Security Industry.
• Pro-Active Approach staff adheres to the Statutory Code of Conduct applicable to the industry; and all staff are correctly graded.
• Pro-Active Approach complies in all aspects with the current Labour Acts
• As new sites, equipment or systems are introduced; strong focus is placed on staff training to ensure that the full potential of each is realised in the shortest possible time. These training programmes expand in-house through cross training and across the full spectrum of our activities; this is to ensure and maintain optimum levels in quality and service
